Who is responsible
EPFMy DigitalX Services is a sole proprietorship operated by Raymond Er in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Our registration number is 201703276454 (002693550-D). This notice explains how we handle personal information connected with epf.my and enquiries about our services.

Information we receive
When you email or call us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, business details and the information you choose to share about your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the site. Your browser may also send reports about network errors to Cloudflare.
Enquiries are currently handled by email through Microsoft 365 Business. We do not currently store them in a CRM or submit them to AI tools.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, communicate about agreed services, keep appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to marketing lists simply because you contact us.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a useful proposal. Technical request information is processed when you access the site.
Providers and sharing
Cloudflare processes website requests. Microsoft 365 Business processes and stores messages sent to and from hello@epf.my. We may disclose information where required by applicable law.
Providers may process information outside Malaysia. Cloudflare and Microsoft provide information about their processing and safeguards in their privacy and commercial-service documentation. We do not promise that all information is stored only in Malaysia.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers on epf.my. The website has no account login or contact form, and its own code does not set cookies. Hosting and security features may still process technical information and use necessary cookies where applicable.
Retention and protection
For enquiries that do not lead to an agreed project, we delete the enquiry correspondence after 12 months without further communication about the enquiry, counted from the last communication. Records relating to agreed projects, including completed projects, or subject to legal record-keeping obligations may need to be kept longer. Copies may remain temporarily in provider backup or recovery systems under their retention processes.
We limit access to people and providers who need it for the purposes described, use appropriate account and device security, and remove information when it is no longer needed under the applicable retention rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, raise a privacy concern, or ask to limit processing or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. We will explain any applicable legal limits or effects on an ongoing service before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily require deletion of records that must be retained by law.

Our products, tools and subscription services will have privacy notices explaining how they handle personal information, including account details, payments and data used by their features. We will update this notice when our practices change and show the revised effective date. The English and Bahasa Malaysia versions are intended to describe the same practices.
